Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the shipping guidelines below. Given the unique characteristics of tissue products—specifically their “high volume, low weight” nature—their logistics and delivery require specific considerations.

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. During peak shipping seasons or periods of supply chain fluctuation, order processing times may be slightly extended.
  2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. Due to the bulky nature of paper products, we offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, reducing the delivery time to 7 to 12 business days.

  1. Packaging and Handling
    To ensure product hygiene and safety while minimizing environmental impact, our tissue products are packaged in moisture-resistant outer cartons.

We ensure that during the packing process, the inner packaging of the products (such as plastic wrapping or individual boxes) remains intact and undamaged.

Upon receipt, please be sure to inspect the outer shipping carton. If you notice any signs of severe damage or moisture on the outer box, please take photographs as evidence before opening the package.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    P.O. Boxes: Due to size restrictions imposed by most shipping carriers, we are currently unable to deliver large, full-carton shipments to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping: Currently, our shipping services are limited to the domestic market. Due to the high “volume-to-weight ratio” of paper products, international shipping costs are typically significantly higher than domestic rates.

  1. Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
    Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we will provide you with a corresponding tracking number. Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally encounter delays beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions or logistical bottlenecks). If the tracking status indicates that your package has been “Delivered,” but you have not actually received the goods, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer service team within 48 hours for assistance.
  2. Returns and Handling of Damaged Goods
    Given that paper products are considered hygiene items, we are unable to accept return requests once the inner packaging has been opened. If the goods you receive contain products that are contaminated or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may arrange for a replacement or refund.
